🌍 Web .NET prototype

The .NET team managed to create a prototype running C# on the Web. There’s still a lot of work and testing to do, but we are getting there!

🐬 Showcase: SOMAR

We interviewed Frederic Plourde and Daniel Castellanos who used Godot to create an educational XR experience for SOMAR, a non-profit association focusing on the conservation of marine life in the Algarve

⚙️ Dev snapshot: Godot 4.5 dev 4

Plenty of new features this time around, so feedback and bug reports from testing are once again strongly recommended. If you give it a go and find any issues, remember to report them on GitHub.

GodotCamp 2025

The Godot Stammtisch Karlsruhe is organizing a BarCamp bringing together Godot Engine enthusiasts of all skill levels on May 24-25 in Karlsruhe, Germany. Participants actively shape the agenda by proposing sessions, and throughout the event, everyone has the opportunity to engage in discussions and connect with like-minded developers.

Everyone probably knows about Material Maker by now, but just in case: A procedural textures authoring and 3D model painting tool based on the Godot game engine.

Palate Cleanser

Have you ever wanted to cheat when playing pool? Me neither! But if you ever do, you should check out this video by Echo Martin and his Augmented Reality Pool Assistant on the Quest 3 made with Godot.
