π± Creating games entirely on Android! - Since 2023, Godot users could develop their games on Android, but they still needed a PC to perform the final export. Today, weβre happy to announce that GABE, the Godot Android Build Environment, is now stable.
π« Godot XR Community Game Jam V - The fifth Godot XR Community Game Jam ran from 16 March 2026 until 23 March 2026. We had 98 participants join, who submitted 23 games. Up from 90 participants and 21 games last jam. There is a definite improvement in the quality of the entries.
π Introducing the Godot Asset Store - The Asset Library has served for many years as the official place to publish and acquire assets, fulfilling a valuable community need. However with the rapid growth of the Godot community and ecosystem, it was time to go back to the drawing board.
